Cat Lab is the BodyZoo program for women who want to change their patterns and prepare themselves for a new era of relationships with their body, with themselves, with a new kind of life partner - and with Life itself ~


My search for an efficient heart-healing process began after a traumatic breakup. I needed to remake myself, to find a new way to relate to my body and grow a new heart, to get out of depression and start not just surviving but thriving again.

I had great teachers and loving therapists on the way and opening for their amazing love and support, I healed my heart, my life and my capacity to create and want again. I learned to LIKE myself.

 

This is the very same palette of mental tools, belief transformers, fun experiments and point of view expanders which saved my life. A warm and awe-some thank you to everyone who trusted me with their inner chamber of secrets, hurts and hopes and taught me how the heart bleeds and plays and sings.
